Bynum Real Estate was founded in 2006 to help clients achieve the dream of home ownership, and to help investor clients amass wealth through the acquisition, management, and sale of real property.

Based in San Jose, California, Our Real Estate Sales Department helps clients buy and sell property throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with particular expertise in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and San Francisco County.

Our Property Management Department is more narrowly focused and currently manages in Santa Clara County only. We manage single family homes as well as duplexes and small apartment buildings throughout Santa Clara County. While we do not actively manage properties in other counties, we are happy to help clients in their investment decisions and provide them with referrals to other property management firms in which we believe.

The two sides of our business - Real Estate Sales and Property Management - complement one another rather well and add significant value to all of our clients. Unlike many real estate offices, we are able to provide insightful advice on how a property might perform as a rental that goes beyond "looking at the comps" because we know first-hand the attributes that tenants value, as well as the costs associated with maintenance projects.

Our Broker, Brett Bynum, is a graduate of Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business Master's in Business Administration (MBA) program and utilizes the knowledge in finance and accounting that he acquired there to help clients recognize their true costs and return-on-investment (ROI) when analyzing real estate investments.

A native of Almaden and a current resident of Willow Glen, Brett enjoys particular expertise in these fine San Jose neighborhoods.
